• You are responsible for verifying all payment details before sending funds.
• We do not accept third-party exchanges.
• If you want a third-party exchange, you must inform us in advance or the transaction may be canceled.
• Proof of payment is required after sending.
• Incorrect details = your responsibility (no refunds).
• Overpayments are not guaranteed to be returned.
• All fees are paid by the sender — we must receive the exact agreed amount.

Account Limitations

• If accounts/wallets are frozen or restricted, the transaction stays pending.
• We proceed only if funds are released.
• If not returned — no responsibility / no compensation.

Anti-Fraud

• No fraud / chargebacks / disputes
• Suspicious activity may be refused
• We may request verification anytime
• Fraud = blacklist & ban

Liability

• Breaking terms may result in delays, cancellation, or loss of funds
• We can refuse any transaction

Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

• All transactions are final once completed.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are strictly conditional.
• Any amount sent above the agreed transaction value will be considered a voluntary payment (donation) and will not be refunded.
• All Reseller Plan purchases are strictly non-refundable once completed.

Provider & Account Limitations

If any account or wallet becomes limited, frozen, or restricted:

• No refunds will be issued while funds are unavailable
• Refunds are only possible if the provider/merchant returns the funds
• If funds are not returned, no refund will be issued under any circumstances
• Any refund will only include the original received amount (excluding fees)

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:

• You purchase a Reseller Plan
• You send more than the agreed amount
• You send to the wrong address, email, or account
• You provide incorrect receiving details
• You use the wrong crypto network
• You fail to follow instructions
• You send from an undisclosed third-party account
• You send invalid or used Paysafecard codes
• You attempt a chargeback or dispute
• Your payment is blocked or reversed by your provider
• Any loss occurs due to user error

Fraud & Abuse

Any fraud attempt (chargebacks, fake receipts, unauthorized payments) results in:

• Immediate termination
• Permanent ban
• No refund under any circumstances

Final Statement

• Refunds are only possible if funds are successfully returned to us
• We are not responsible for losses caused by users or third-party providers
